Key Responsibilities: Cost estimation and budget management for landscaping projects. Preparation of tender documents and contract administration. Procurement coordination and supplier negotiation. Risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Stakeholder communication and project updates. Requirements: Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Proven experience in quantity surveying within landscaping or construction. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and communication skills.
