In this role, you will be responsible for taking queries and calls from customers looking to resolve issues, organising maintenance works, communicating with contractors, raising tickets, maintain records, process invoices and general customer service / administration. You will be the first point of contact for many of the companies suppliers, customers and clients so it #39;s important you build new relationships and maintaining existing ones. This role would suit a Engineering Administor or similar with a background in Facilities or Property Management looking for the opportunity to join a growing company who offer you the opportunity to progress into other areas of the business and develop a varied skillset. THE ROLE: Booking contractors to resolve maintenance issues Maintaining records for invoices First port of call for customers / clients.
