This opportunity sits within a fully integrated, global team that lives and breathes the full range of transactions that affect their clients #39; digital and technology transactions, supporting them on their most complex and strategic cross-border projects. In this role, you will gain experience on the full spectrum of commercial matters; outsourcing, intellectual property, data protection, commercial contracts and information technology, as well as emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain. The incredible international reach of this client means that much of the work has a cross-border element for clients coming from a broad range of sectors from financial services and e-commerce to corporate and life sciences. What will the ideal candidate look like? 2-5 years post qualification experience Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England Wales Prior experience working on a broad range of TMT/commercial matters Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skillsPlease apply as directed or confidentially contact for more information.
