As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you #39;ll be: Collaborating with the Home Manager and wider teams to ensure smooth and efficient running of the home. Responsible for all aspects of excellent nursing and residential care. Maintaining budgetary and financial controls. Accountable for Human Resources. Promoting engaging and creative marketing initiatives. Guiding and coaching colleagues to pursue training and development.The ideal Clinical Lead Nurse will have: Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care. Experience in the health care sector. Management/Leadership experience and qualifications. An active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate. A caring nature with a personal approach. Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice. Ability to work well under pressure.
