As part of the role you can expect gain exposure to high quality mid-market Private Equity transactions including fund formation, private equity house internal governance and management matters, regulatory matters, tax structuring, leveraged buy-outs, acquisition finance, management teams, secondaries, growth and venture investment. To be successful in your application, you will: Be a UK qualified lawyer with 2-3 years #39; PQE. Have private equity experience from a top-tier international or city practice. Have strong academic qualifications. Be ambitious, with a genuine commitment to develop their professional and legal skills and the profile of the team.
