Accounts administrator

PART TIME Established friendly fun loving, Engineering Company is looking for a flexible Permanent Part Time Accounts Administrator to work at their premises in Wellingborough The role of the Part Time Accounts Administrator / Account Assistant is working between Monday and Friday ( no eves or weekends) ideally 30 hours working any hours between 08.00 - 15.30. Please note there is no Hybrid working offered , this is an Office based role. As well as previous Accounts knowledge you will have an excellent telephone manner along with competent IT skills to include Word and Excel and you will be working with Sage line 50.as well as other packages , but training if required will be provided on these. The environment is very relaxed and friendly and the successful candidate will also be flexible with a good sense of humour to fit in with the team. Duties of this Permanent Part Time Accounts Administrator role will include: Sales order Processing Invoicing Purchase Ledger Sales Ledger Credit Control Answering Calls and Reception Duties Dealing with queries over the telephone and in person Ad hoc Administrative Support duties The role is paying a pro rata salary based on at least GBP26,000 -GBP27,000(Actual salary for 30hrs will equate to GBP20,000 - GBP21,000/) Plus a 5% contributory pension after qualifying period, Death in Service Benefit and Free Parking Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
