The Role - Learning Support Assistant For this role, I am actively recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant who is keen to work with a pupil on a 1:1 basis. The role will require you to work closely with one pupil on a 1:1 basis who requires additional support in lessons. Due to the needs of the pupil, the ideal Learning Support Assistant must be experienced supporting children with additional needs. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
