PA to Group Director Up to GBP45,000 + (5%-8% Annual Bonus + 2 Days WFH/3 Days Office) Permanent Position Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of of a notable interdisciplinary design consultancy, engineer and advisors who require an experienced PA to work alongside the Group Director. Ideally you will be from an Architectural, Construction or relevant Engineering background. A Typical Day: Diary Alignment, scheduling and arranging travel Arranging Meetings Preparing Presentations Providing general administrative support as and when needed Bid Work - Quotation Support Organising meeting venues, rooms, and catering as required. Managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Providing detailed travel itineraries and meeting materials. Processing and maintaining expense reports. Coordinating and managing visa applications. Handling procurement, requisitions, and the general invoice payment process. Managing stationery and office supplies. Liaising with the relevant department to ensure a smooth running of the work environment. The Ideal Candidate: 2 Years Experience within a PA Position Can work under pressure Positive Attitude Happy to Work Out of Hours when required Pro-Active Strong Willed Can use Outlook + MS Suite Packages to a High Level In Design Experience Previous Experience Within Bid Management
