Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our leading charity into its next phase of growth and impact. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving fundraising efforts, managing operations, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the organization remains true to its. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: bull;Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the organization #39;s mission and objectives. bull;Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in addressing the issues within the community. bull;Provide visionary leadership to inspire staff, volunteers, and stakeholders towards achieving organizational goals. Fundraising and Financial Management: bull;Oversee fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, grant writing, and events management alongside an experienced in-house fundraising expert bull;Oversee the development and management of the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. bull;Maintain transparent financial reporting and accountability to donors, stakeholders and trustees. Project Management: bull;Oversee the implementation and evaluation of projects and services offered by the charity. bull;Ensure projects are aligned with the charities mission and meet the needs of the clients bull;Continuously assess project effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to maximize impact. Partnership Development: bull;Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Local Government (regionally and locally), NHS Officials, Public Health, Community organisations, businesses, and other stakeholders. bull;Collaborate with partners to leverage resources, expand services, and advocate for policies that address the cause bull;Being the point of contact for all media initiatives and driving forward the mission to various local outlets Operational Management: bull;Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing and self-sufficient team of staff and volunteers. bull;Foster a positive organisational culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. bull;Ensure the charity values are adhered to and upheld bull;Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Experience Required: bull;Proven leadership experience ideally in the nonprofit sector or an industry that aligns with such values bull;Demonstrated success in senior operations, financial management, and strategic planning. bull;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. bull;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. bull;Passion for social justice and a commitment to serving vulnerable communities
