Position Overview: Seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor (that has had exposure to New Homes services) to join our team in the Glasgow. As an employed advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on mortgage products and protection plans, ensuring the highest level of service and support for our clients. Strong lead sources Self employed options available Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients #39; needs and goals. Offer expert advice on mortgage options, explaining terms, conditions, and potential risks. Assist clients in the mortgage application process, managing paperwork and liaising with lenders. Recommend suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection based on clients #39; circumstances. Stay updated on mortgage and insurance regulations, market trends, and industry developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Requirements: Ce MAP qualification or equivalent (essential). Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and insurance offerings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high ethical standards. Proficiency in relevant software and systems for mortgage processing and client management.
