Technical manager outage planning

Total Package at the time of joining up to GBP102,484. We #39;ll help you progress and develop yourself further, and will support you with creating a development plan to achieve that. What will you do? * Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive outage strategy for our energy recovery assets across the UK. * Leverage your deep understanding of industrial equipment and asset management to optimize outage timelines, planning processes and resource allocation. * Collaborate closely with maintenance, technical teams and two direct reports to ensure seamless execution of all outages and major maintenance activities. * Develop standards and support teams in ensuring equipment inspection and test plans and return to service checks are of the highest quality. * Support teams in the application of lifecycle assessments and budgets ndash; using these to influence future decision making. This role can be based in any of our Energy Recovery centres. What are the requirements? * Minimum BEng level education (or equivalent experience) with extensive background in industrial maintenance. * Proven track record of leading and managing complex outage/shutdown/turnaround projects, ideally in a multi-site environment. * Demonstrated knowledge of industrial processes and asset management principles (planning, standardisation, life cycle management). * Understanding and qualification in health safety principals and project management is beneficial but not essential. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including potential overnights to support ongoing outages. * A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
