Manufacturing Engineer Yeovil Monday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm on-site Salary- up to GBP50,000 depending on experience Permanent Role CNC Recruitment are working as a recruitment agency in partnership with a leading manufacturer. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Engineer at their facility in Somerset. The successful Manufacturing Engineer will be joining a company that provides high-quality cleaning equipment used in contract and healthcare environments. They are looking to recruit a brand-new Manufacturing Engineer to join the company on a permanent basis. The role will suit an engineer with manufacturing experience. The company produces using a wide variety of processes, machines, and materials, including sheet metal. Manufacturing Engineer rsquo;s role will involve: ndash; * Supporting the manufacture of products, improving, and developing current processing methods * Liaising with suppliers: planning and ordering raw materials * Liaising with customers: to support and develop products * Ensuring quality is maintained throughout the procurement and manufacturing process. Skills required for Manufacturing Engineer: * Experience working for a manufacturing business (mechanical). * Knowledge of MRP systems * Computer literate with knowledge and use of Microsoft packages * Excellent communication skills * Process and customer focused. * Ability to work collaboratively across wider business departments.
