This is a unique opportunity for a Competant Setter to move into Programming * Train to Program and operate CNC turning and milling machines (Mazak controls preferred) * Utilize your expertise to ensure all components meet precise specifications * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints * Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes * Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Minimum 3 years #39; experience in a CNC Setter Turner/Miller role * Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices * Experience with Mazak controls a significant advantage * Excellent programming skills and a keen eye for detail * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A commitment to safety and quality What we offer: * Competitive salary of GBP12.50- GBP14 per hour * 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday ) * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and create high-precision components * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Potential for professional development and career advancement
