Teaching assistant

The School: Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Cowbridge based Secondary school. Revised Recruitment Group are working with a over subscribed, popular and successful Community school in the Vale of Glamorgan. The school aims to bring the best of our their pupils through vibrant and engaging teaching, investing a lot of time in staff training to allow for innovative teaching. The Role: The role as a Teaching Assistant will be to work predominantly in KS3, however you will need to be flexible to cover across KS4. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability. What you will need to succeed * Have a passion for the education of children * Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents. * You will act as a positive role model for pupils. * The ability to assess and track progress of pupils Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided.
