Internal Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for customers by email, website and telephone. Managed a customer order inbox, ensuring customer orders were processed and customers were kept up to date with their stock and order queries. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases to track progress and identify opportunities using CRM and Excel. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Communicate with couriers and book deliveries. Print courier dispatch labels Skills Qualifications: Confident using Excel Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
