Assistant production manager fresh produce

Our Client is the leading Fruit supplier in the UK and due to expansion they now require an Assistant Production Manager to assist with the production process of their products on night shift. The objective will be to manage production lines and ensure they run as efficiently as possible, products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations, quality standards and Health Safety regulations are met and Line Leaders are supported and motivated. We require an individual with experience in a similar position, supervising staff and working within Fresh Produce currently. A hands on, motivated and confident individual is required to drive the team and achieve targets expectations. This is a night position working 11pm to 7.00am - Sunday (11 pm) to Friday (7.00 am) GBP45k
