Customer Repairs Coordinator Immediate start possible Working as part of a very busy inbound customer assistance team, you rsquo;ll be provided with all the training you need to ldquo;jump on rdquo; the phones, and help house owners and tenants, commercial landlords and industrial property owners and developers, with a range of queries and updates on repairs that are being / need to be carried out on their homes/properties. Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly, booking in appointments, or putting calls through to the wider business if needs be. You rsquo;ll need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service and able to multi-task especially during busy periods. Important bits: * GBP24,000 per annum ndash; increasing to GBP26,000 depending upon individual performance. * 33 days holiday * Free parking onsite * Career progression * Training Courses funded to support Professional Development * Pension * Core hours are 9-5.30pm ndash; however during winter months, they are open from 7.00am ndash; 8.00pm, and the team work on split shifts to cover these hours.
