The Role: New Way Tuition Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Outreach Tutors. As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion. This is a deeply rewarding role with abundant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring, conducted at pupils #39; homes, local libraries, and schools. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Literacy and Maths, alongside experience working with children, including those with SEND. Our students range from EYFS to Year 11, and we operate up to GCSE/Functional Skills levels. A current Enhanced DBS is essential. As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you #39;ll be the guiding light for students seeking academic support. However, here #39;s what we #39;re looking for: * Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups.(Needed) * QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor #39;s degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field. (Preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success. * Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
