Hospitality assessor trainer trainee or qualified

Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 - Depending on qualifications Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting (Front of House experience must be at Deputy level). Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example any of the following: Professional Cookery, Food Production, Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping). Full driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms. Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning). Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Meet Assessor KPI rsquo;s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
