Document controller

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to be engaged on a permanent basis within the Nuclear sector to be located in either the Warrington or Reading areas. As the Document Controller you will be responsible for all Document Control functions, ensuring compliance with our clients Document Control requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Management of the relevant vault within the EDRM systems used for the project by client. To work in conjunction with all Project Teams to ensure that all Deliverables and Non-Deliverables are uploaded to the corrects EDRMS Systems in accordance with Project requirements and timescales File, distribute, store and destroy highly sensitive information. Ensure that the Projects are all fully compliant with the Document Control requirements of the client by locating and retrieving files and delivering the documented transaction Maintain confidentiality and security of information. Develop and organise company archives and organizational history. Develop, evaluate and implement document procedures that ensure smooth workflow within/between these areas. Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programme. Receive, issue and control project documentation Update project documentation trackers Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation Ability to produce reports about various document control inboxesHere #39;s what you will need; Essential Qualifications Experience: Working or basic Knowledge of various Data Management Systems Positive attitude, adaptable and resilient to change Have excellent organisational skills Self-motivated Proficient in MS Office tools Good communication skills both written and oral.
