Client account manager

Role: Client Account Manager Location: Gravesend, Kent - Office based. Salary: GBP40k - GBP45k plus quarterly bonuses. Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time/Permanent Are you an experienced Account Manager with an electrical or FM industry background? Are you proficient in managing a portfolio and presenting to clients? Attega is exclusively pairing with an Electrical company based in Kent on their search for a Client Account Manager to join their PPM Services team. Key Duties: Attend customer meetings and manage external client relationships. Generate meetings with existing customers and new contacts in our existing client base. Build and maintain excellent, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure quotes are sent in a timely manner. Following through instructed works to ensure customer satisfaction. Champion high performance and quality across the PPM team. Maintain and update account plans. Attend internal meetings. Present proposals to customers. Communicate clearly with clients and address any concerns. Raise clients rsquo; business concerns and needs to the company rsquo;s management. Continually look for ways to enhance the customer experience. Negotiate and close business contracts with existing and new clients. Attend and actively participate in SLA meetings. In return, they are offering a salary of up to GBP45000 plus quarterly bonuses which can vary depending on gross profit sales along with a car allowance or a salary sacrifice scheme for an electric vehicle, company phone and laptop. The ideal Client Account Manager would come from an electro-technical background and have managed a client base previously ideally to FM and commercial clients, and a full UK license. Interested?
