An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to work in an esteemed private mental health hospital in Ringwood BH24 RGN/RNLD/RMN bull; Shift patterns (Apply online only), (Apply online only) bull; Permanent position full time, 42 hours per week bull; Basic rate GBP19, offers are based on experience and qualification so pay rates do vary Job outline: bull; To deliver a high standard of evidence based inpatient nursing care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers bull; To act as a primary nurse in the assessment of needs and organising and delivery of care bull; To co-ordinate shifts and provide supervision for support workers and nurses in training bull; To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service bull; To adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period bull; To take charge of a designated ward area and deputise for the ward manager/deputy ward manager as appropriate bull; To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments and evaluations bull; To represent the ward manager and/or care team, at appropriate forums and disseminate information as required bull; To represent the clinical team perspective at multidisciplinary meetings and clinical reviews of patient care Skills Required: bull; NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience bull; Previous experience in complex care (desirable) bull; Driving Licence required due to the location of the hospital For more information, please call LKA Recruitment on (phone number removed) option 3 or email your CV to (url removed)
