Credit controller

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham city centre based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This a newly created standalone position, working as part of a small dynamic finance team, and will be responsible for taking ownership of your own ledger of B2B accounts. This position offers part time hours of up to 20 hours a week on a hybrid working basis (the salary range is based on the FTE). Daily duties and experience required includes: * Experience working as a Credit Controller * Conducting credit control via phone and email * Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships * Conducting credit checks * Setting up new customer accounts * Negotiating payment plans * Reconciling customer accounts * Query resolution My client is a well established business based in Birmingham, which is enjoying an exciting period of sustained growth.
