They are looking to add to their projects team to join an already established project management function that is delivering on one of their biggest contracts. Your new role ndash;Electrical Project Manager * As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of Electrically biased project in a commercial setting (lighting upgrades, EV charger installation etc.) * Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders. * Handling the full project lifecycle (design to completion) for Projects ranging from GBP50,000 - GBP250,000. What you #39;ll need to succeed * Previous experience as a project manager in a construction or facilities management company. * A good understanding of CDM regulations. * A electrical qualification is essential (18th edition, 2360 etc.) * Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
