The company we #39;re recruiting for are a top 10 Main Contractor who deliver projects up to GBP100m across Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial offices. With a forward order book at their highest levels ever, this company is currently debt free with huge opportunities for a Senior Project Manager like you to come on board and move your career forward. You #39;ll be the overall project lead reporting into the Operations Manager for the Midlands region and your initial project will be a GBP40m redevelopment of a city centre retail store. Being a refurbishment job, this will be a fairly challenging build that will require significant management experience of projects GBP20m plus previously. You #39;ll be tested with maintaining the programme whilst being reactive and developing changes where necessary. In the Midlands region of this business, you #39;ll be one of the more experienced project leads with significant investment in your career to progress past the Senior Project Manager role into Contracts Manager and upwards. You won #39;t ever work more than an hour from home and your salary will be reviewed every 6 months. In order to be eligible, it is essential that you have main contracting experience as a project lead. In addition to salary, you #39;ll receive an GBP8,500 car allowance or company car, bonus, healthcare, 6% matched pension and training development support.
