Operations operative

We rsquo;re looking for someone that has just finished their A-Levels/College who has a keen interest in operations to join our client. They rsquo;re a rapidly growing drinks businesses who are looking for someone with a real passion for the food and drink industry to join their team in their brand-new production facility. The role: bull; Learn and follow and apply food and drink production, and product quality assurance Standard Operating Procedures. bull; Learn to scan control, monitor and rotate stock. bull; Learn to check and use tools and operate equipment and machinery. bull; Learn to clean tools, equipment, or lines. bull; Learn and comply with food safety, health and safety, environmental and sustainability regulations, and procedures. bull; Identify and segregate resources for reuse, recycling, and disposal. bull; Identify, report and resolve issues. bull; Learn and apply basic continuous improvement techniques. bull; Learn and apply fault-finding and problem-solving techniques to common problems. bull; Collect and interpret information ndash; text and data. bull; Record information - paper based or electronic. bull; Actively participate in team-based activities What we need from you: bull; Passion for the food and drink industry bull; Able to lift up to 20kg (On rare occasions) bull; Willingness to learn bull; Positive attitude bull; Good attention to detail bull; Strong teamwork skills Due to a high volume of responses, we cannot reply to each application individually.
