Responsibilities * Reviewing contracts * Reports/budget reports * Finical tasks * Advising the site management teams * Assign work to contractors ( overseeing their work) * Any areas of issues * Estimating/managing costs * Dealing with contractual and legal matters Salary Benefits * GBP50,000-GBP60,000 per annum- depending on experience * Other benefits to be negotiated on interview Skills required * Experience in Ductwork * 3-5 years in Quantity Surveying * Good finance knowledge * Experience/ Knowledge in Ventilation
