Project Manager - BMS Leigh Monday - Friday - Days - 37.5 hours GBP45,(Apply online only) - GBP55,(Apply online only) per annum Ideal Recruit are looking for a Project Manager to join our client rsquo;s company in Leigh, Lancashire. Reporting to the head of operations and working within the Team, this is an exciting opportunity to work within the operations, sales, and engineering function of a rapidly growing business. Main Duties: Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of smart building, IoT, and automation systems. Project management: Proven experience in end-to-end project management, strong organisational and multitasking skills Communication: Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams Regulatory compliance: Familiarity with building codes and safety standards Risk management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks Vendor and budget management: Selection and management of vendors. Budget creation, monitoring, and cost control Integration expertise: Understanding of technology integration and interoperability. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Stakeholder Engagement: building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Sustainability awareness: Knowledge of sustainable building practices Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends. Documentation: Thorough documentation of project plans and progress reports Quality Assurance: Implementation of quality assurance processes The role would suit a tenacious person who has excellent inter person and organisational skills with a focus to deliver a high standards of customer satisfaction to both your internal and external customers. You will report directly to the head of operations and sit within the team and work closely both the senior management team and engineers. You will also interact with the other Divisions of the Group and will be an integral member of the team helping to provide structure around all commercial activities. Minimum Qualifications: bull; Project Management/Engineering experience within building automation. bull; Experience within construction would be advantageous. bull; Proficiency in project management principles and processes. bull; Strong financial acumen encompassing cost analysis, forecasting, and variance. bull; Effective cross-functional communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with program teams and sponsors.
