Role Overview: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to early years students, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment conducive to growth and development. Collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents/carers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. Key Responsibilities: bull; Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. bull; Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. bull; Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation. bull; Establish effective communication channels with parents/carers and other stakeholders. bull; Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and initiatives. bull; Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour. Requirements: bull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications bull; Proven experience working with early years students, preferably within a similar setting. bull; Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education bull; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills bull; A passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love of learning.
