Summary of the Customer Support Assistant role hellip; Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP28,000 per annum Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Hybrid after training Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm The role hellip; As the Customer Support Assistant your role will involve the following important duties: * Manage customer stock sheets. * Create Customer #39;s inbound arrivals and ensure all stock is booked. * Manage reviews and customer PO #39;s. * Review/Reconcile the work order. * Book transport with designated hauliers each day. * Manage allocation of Raw materials. * Set up work orders. The experience required hellip; As a successful Customer Support Assistant you will have the following: * Experience within a similar role previously. * Professional telephone manner with experience handling customer enquiries. * Attention to detail. * Strong IT skills with ability to pick up systems quickly.
