Assistant management accountant

Assistant Management Accountant Location: Grantham Salary up to GBP28000 Hours ndash; Full Time Monday ndash; Thursday 9:00am ndash; 5:30pm / Friday 9:00am ndash; 5:00pm - Office based Holidays - 23 Days holiday, plus 8 Bank Holidays plus Birthday Leave Main Responsibilities: * Overseeing the client accounting processes for a number of offices. * Client accounting, systems and reporting support across all brands. * Assisting with closure of audits when required. * Providing one on one support to offices, with a willingness to occasional travel. * Provide training courses during the induction courses on the accounts element. * Delving into accounts where issues have arisen to help resolve any queries. * Complete reconciliations and deal with any issues. * Provide ad hoc client account support to the Lincoln office as and when required. Required Skills: * Minimum 5 years rsquo; experience of financial and/or client accounting. * Experience of working in a commercial environment. * Competent in using Word and advanced Excel skills. * Able to prioritise a range of tasks effectively to meet various priorities and deadlines. * Ability to work on own initiative. * Ability to consistently process data accurately. * Full clean UK driving licence. * Smartly presented suitable to working in a corporate environment. * Ability to investigate accounts and get to the source of any issues. * Ability to learn new accounting systems and software rsquo;s. * Strong communication skills, especially when explaining complex accounting issues
