School caretaker

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable senior caretaker to ensure the safe operation, statutory compliance and general maintenance of the school. This is a permanent position, afternoons only from 1pm - 5.30pm. We are looking for someone who will take pride in the management, maintenance and cleanliness of our school premises. We work collaboratively as a team and therefore the successful candidate will be approachable, adaptable and have a #39;can do #39; attitude to meet the needs of this fast paced, school working environment. Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged. Working hours - 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year Including 28 days annual leave (to be taken during school holidays) Monday to Friday. 1:00pm - 5:30pm.
