Customer service representative

Anderson Knight is recruiting for dayshift Customer Service Representatives for a well-established company based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion, effectively documenting and forwarding all customer-related issues and enquiries. This role is 5 days over 7 on a dayshift roation of the following shifts - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm. Company benefits: bull; 33 days (6.6weeks) paid holiday for a full-time contract. bull; Informal hybrid working bull; Free on-site parking bull; Subsidised canteen facilities vending machines bull; Pension scheme ndash; up to 5% matched contribution bull; Company-funded Healthshield cash plan. bull; Discounts and cashback at hundreds of supermarkets and retailers, such as Apple, Costco, Currys, IKEA, Argos, and more Main Duties and Responsibilities: bull; Prioritise and oversee incoming calls, emphasising quick response times and adherence to provided call scripts to capture essential information in accordance with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines. bull; Complete all necessary administrative tasks associated with your role promptly and thoroughly, ensuring a prompt and efficient service delivery in alignment with agreed-upon service levels. bull; Ensure adherence to the Call Script and comply with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines. bull; Obtain all pertinent data during each call through effective questioning to quickly grasp the nature of the issue. bull; Accurately input data and complete all relevant fields throughout the duration of each call. bull; Take ownership of customer problems, seeing them through to resolution. bull; Collaborate with Engineers to prioritise calls for swift response times. bull; Manage post-call activities efficiently to handle workload and meet service level objectives. Key Attributes and Skills: bull; Previous experience in a contact centre, call centre, or helpdesk role. bull; Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. bull; Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. bull; Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. bull; Capable of working collaboratively within a team and efficiently managing individual workload. bull; Proficient in administrative tasks, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
