Automotive Service Manager Basic GBP55,000 OTE - GBP70,000+ Prestige Main Dealer - Bolton C B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Manager to join a busy and well established Aftersales department in Bolton. You will need previous experience working as an Automotive Service Manager with a proven track record. Service Manager Role Overview: bull; Driving the profitability and service levels of the aftersales department. bull; Managing all costs and administering company procedures. bull; Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service. bull; Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings bull; Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests bull; Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines. bull; Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis. Service Manager Requirements: bull; Experience working as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager with the Motortrade. bull; Proven track record. bull; Stable Career history. bull; Full driving license is required.
