A little bit about the role hellip; We are presently seeking to recruit Site Supervisors to join our expanding Aviation Division. You will be predominantly utilising your knowledge and expertise on a wide range of Civil Infrastructure projects whilst working alongside a team of operatives. As a Site Supervisor in aviation, you will be: Controlling safety, quality environmental activities Carrying out Site Supervision Toolbox talks HSEQ briefings Delivery of works to program budget Temporary Works Supervision Excavation Supervision Client liaisonThe role may include with appropriate experience or training: Pre-start site inspections Organising plant materials Writing Risk Assessments Producing Health Safety plans Work Package PlansA little bit about you hellip; Experience working on a variety of different Civil Engineering projects is essential Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you Willingness to work nights SSSTS with SMSTS desirable Even if your previous experience doesn #39;t align perfectly with every aspect of the job description, we strongly encourage you to submit your application.
