A little bit about the role hellip; We are looking for an Administrator to join our Aviation Division to support our team rsquo;s operations projects delivery of civil infrastructure works in the safety and operationally critical environment of Heathrow airport. This role will be office based at Heathrow. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks supporting the team to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve operating Microsoft Office and other software systems to a good level and interaction with multiple members within the team. As an Administrator in aviation, you will be: Supporting the team with administrative and secretarial tasks, such as: Project filing Airside delivery bookings Revising trackers Working with GDPR sensitive information Supporting with gaining access to safety critical areas Materials ordering Allocation sheets and timesheets Training/labour coordination Assisting with some tender/bid enquiries You may be required to perform other Duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Contracts Managers, including small event planning A little bit about you hellip; Successful candidate will be outgoing, assertive, and confident when liaising with colleagues to complete required duties Candidate must be organised, with excellent attention to detail Some proven experience in an office-based role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
