Hgv technician

Skilled and flexible HGV Technician required for a varied role at our Reading location Working as part of the Bicester Team, you will be responsible for completing routine maintenance inspections, servicing, general repairs right up to in-depth diagnosis, gearbox, engine replacements ndash; wherever your skillset will take you. We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of our Brands. On Target Realistic Earnings (OTE) ndash; GBP50,000+ * Basic Salary up to GBP37,000 - GBP41,600 depending on your experience to date and your own abilities (Service Tech, Diagnostic Tech or Master Tech) * Basic hours are 40 per week on early late rota changing each week * Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and 1.00pm to 10pm (one hour unpaid lunch) * Weekends and outside basic hours paid at Overtime Rate x 1.5 * Late shift payment paid on lates week - GBP25 per night (GBP3,000 per annum) * Additional efficiency bonus up to GBP6,000 per annum available on reaching target (paid monthly) * Overalls, Uniform and PPE all supplied and updated We also have availability for HGV technicians to be on our breakdown rota Roadside Assistance element: * On Call Rota. Paid Standby Rates per GBP25 per night ndash; that rsquo;s an additional GBP3,000 per annum. * Hours worked outside your working week paid at 1 frac12; - once 40 hours worked. * Bank Holidays on call paid at Double Time. * Use of Company Vehicle for week on call. You rsquo;ll carry out roadside diagnosis and repairs for customers in distress as well as service, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most respected trucks in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at our industry-leading training centres.
