Estimator qs

Small construction business based in Shrewsbury who have been trading for over 30 years is looking for a general construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team. Preferable if the successful candidate lives in the Shropshire area as their work is mainly within a 40-mile radius of Shrewsbury. You would need to be a good all-rounder, with knowledge o all aspects of construction works, as the client is involved in multiple sectors of the industry. A relevant construction qualification ideally Quantity Surveying qualification would be required. You would need to have a full and clean driving licence and ideally would have a current DBS check (school and hospital works). This client is a small construction company based in Shrewsbury working in Shropshire on the Welsh border with 12 employees. They undertake commercial works for local authorities, schools, hospitals and private businesses, including extensions, New Build and Internal Refurbishment works. The value of works is anywhere between GBP20k - GBP800k. Annual turnover is GBP2m but they are targeting an increase in that figure
