Supervisor (Rail) Yorkshire/UK We #39;re looking to recruit a Supervisor to work on an exciting projects basedaround the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity that can lead to career progression within a short period of time Duties: bull; You will be a working supervisor ensuring the teams work in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service. bull; The role will cover delivery of multi-discipline projects around the UK bull; You will be supervising projects from start to finish and carrying out safety and quality audits bull; You will be able to promote and protect the clients reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values. bull; Be responsible for safety first culture onsite. Skills: bull; You will be capable of scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives and supervision of sub-contractor work packages to support the delivery of wider projects, while being commercially aware and maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, social, environmental control. bull; You will work closely with site managers, engineers and surveyors to ensure that work packages are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded. bull; Highly organised, with excellent planning and time management skills bull; Safety first mindset, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks including those associated with working within the railway environment bull; Technically savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project bull; You will need to demonstrate in past experience that you are able to supervise multi-discipline projects within a railway environment bull; You will be required to travel between the sites across Southern regions, therefore a full driving is essential. bull; PTS (Minimum) / COSS (desirable) bull; SSSTS (Minimum) / SMSTS (desirable) bull; CSCS (Minimum)) bull; First Aid (Minimum) bull; NVQ Level 3 /HNC (desirable) Package: - Competitive salary - Company car scheme - Company pension - 25 Days annual leave (plus an additional day for your birthday) - Private Health Insurance - Life Assurance - Professional Development opportunities
