THE ROLE Reporting into the General Manager, the role of the Production Manager is to look after the complete shop floor production process across. Responsibilities include: * Management of up to shopfloor staff * Directly responsible for productivity * Responsible for Continuous Improvement Activities * Health and Safety * Discipline issues * Setting KPIS * Scheduling Staff THE PERSON In order to succeed in the role of Production Manager you will need a strong leadership ethic as well as experience of managing within a fast moving manufacturing or production environment, including food, automotive, manufacturing, assembly, FMCG etc. You will need to be looking for a new challenge with the opportunity to develop the role in the future.
