The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished kitchen equipped with state:of:the:art equipment. There is an emphasis on using locally sourced, fresh ingredients:including produce harvested from their garden. The Sous Chef has the option of affordable private on:site accommodation, providing a retreat int he Cotswold. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to develop their career within a multi:Rosette service.
