Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Head Office in North London Contract: Full Time (40 Hours Per Week) Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Overview Are you ready to play a crucial role in our dynamic M E team? You #39;ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our M E team by managing project data and coordinating site activities. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. * Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements and objectives. * Assist in scheduling and task assignment to internal teams. * Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. * Support administrative tasks and document management. Requirements: * Experience in project coordination within the Construction/ M E industry. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project package.
