HR Admin Support - 6 month FTC to Perm £28,000 City - 1 day WFH A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a HR team providing administrative support to a HR Partner and HR BP s. This is initially a 6 month FTC due to being a new headcount in the team, but there is potential to go permanent. Long-term, the client is looking for someone happy to provide admin support for at least 18 months, but there is progression available further down the line into HR. This is a brilliant opportunity to get an established firm on your CV and get exposure to HR duties! The Role: Organise the HR team diary Process HR team expenses Maintain HR filing system Prepare HR Operations report weekly Supporting with training coordination Assist with administration of employee benefits Schedule meetings and take notes Essential requirements: Proven admin experience within a HR team, or within professional services 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths Excellent attention to detail Professional telephone manner with interpersonal skills Able to work to deadlines Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
