This is a superb opportunity where you ll be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities as you work alongside and provide pivotal support to IP professionals at all levels within the practice. A snapshot of duties include: Document production Completing patent forms and using EPO online filing Dictation transcription Filing and document handling using the Document Management System General secretarial duties Whilst no previous IP experience is necessary as full and ongoing training will be given, you will ideally have experience working in a secretarial capacity within a professional services environment.
