Job Details Our client, an outstanding global law firm are now looking for an EA to support at Partner level within their finance practice. This is the perfect role for a Legal EA/PA with who has supported at Partner level looking for a new challenge. Legal EA key responsibilities: Extensive diary management and travel arrangements Inbox management Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners Organising and managing internal and external events Scheduling meetings and minute taking Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining communication Client matter management - opening new files, drafting engagement letters Billing and processing expenses Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times Key skills experience; Extensive Legal Secretarial, PA or EA experience, in any area of law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent salary packages on offer, as well as market leading benefits.
