The successful candidate * Possesses strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Head Chef. * Capable of training and developing a newly formed team with ease. * Actively engages with guests to proficiently manage deliveries and walk:ins. * Demonstrates confidence in handling stock control, KPIs, cover counts, and other responsibilities.
