Were on the hunt for a General Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new Nepalese street food restaurant right in the bustling heart of London. This role offers a fantastic chance for a General Manager to take the helm of a fresh:food restaurant, inspire their team, and showcase the dynamic flavors of Nepalese street food infused with Londons own unique twist. This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager with a vibrant personality to take on this new space. About the venue and company * A newly opened open:plan restaurant offering a unique concept featuring Nepalese street food in London. * Introducing an innovative and exciting dining experience. * Fosters a vibrant, people:oriented, and positive company culture. About the position * Step into a freshly renovated and modern restaurant space, ripe with opportunity. * Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of vibrant, freshly prepared dishes. * Inspire and motivate your team, aligning their efforts with your vision for success. * Connect with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and encouraging communal dining experiences. * Confident with stock control, KPIs, cover count and more. The successful candidate * Possesses strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Head Chef. * Capable of training and developing a newly formed team with ease. * Actively engages with guests to proficiently manage deliveries and walk:ins. * Demonstrates confidence in handling stock control, KPIs, cover counts, and other responsibilities.
