With the new opening coming up, they are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team and grow in the GM role after the training period. Responsibilities of the Store Manager : Healthy Grab and GO: * Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence. * Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect. * Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members. * Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges. * Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting. * Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour. * Ensure food and beverages meet high:quality standards. About the Store Manager : Healthy Grab and GO: * Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills. * Customer service and sales orientation. * Strong understanding of business financials. * Strategic decision:making skills. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
