Our client is currently looking for a Locum LegalAssistantto join their established firm in Dorset. or to register your interest, Tatiana on 454 and quote Job Ref: 5728 OVERVIEW: - This role is available for a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join a busy Private Client department within a well:established law firm in Dorset. - You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail. - You will be a part of admin support team, providing one to one support to a solicitor. - The candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face. - You will be expected to handle general administrative duties. - You will be expected to manage files and tight deadlines, as well as processing client invoices. - The right candidate will have previous experience in similar role. - This role is office:based and can be offered on full:time or part:time basis, with access to on:site parking.
