Commercial Manager ndash; Tier 1 Facades Contractor About the Employer Are you a Facades Commercial Manager that wants to work for the biggest name in the field? Fancy working for a global market leader within the Facades sector, known for delivering high profile building envelope packages across London rsquo;s Major Construction Schemes? Our client specialises in design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of bespoke curtain wall and fa ccedil;ade systems, who undertake projects worldwide with a group company turnover circa GBP1bn. This company have completed projects to many iconic landmarks and have built a solid reputation for featuring on the most prestigious and complex construction schemes. Requirements To be successful all applicants must have worked for a specialist fa ccedil;ade / building envelope subcontractor in the UK. My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You rsquo;ll be responsible for commercially delivering on projects which could range GBP10m to GBP70m in value, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease and Mace. Depending on the size of the scheme, you may have an Assistant QS to support with day to day task but ultimately you rsquo;ll full support from your Senior Commercial Teams. The successful applicant will show proven experience with a Fa ccedil;ade contractor. Salary/ Benefits Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within GBP100k to GBP110k. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
